Hi, my thyroid test report shows a TSH value of 52.20, a T3 value of 107, and a T4 value of 6.3. Please suggest the appropriate medicine for this condition.

TSH is very high indicative of severe hypothyroidism. Consult an endocrinologist and start/reassess thyroxine dose. Please take a Thyroid Profile test urgently.

My TSH is 16.1, but my T3 (1.31) and T4 (8.02) are within the normal range. Surprisingly, I am underweight at 56.5 kg with a height of 172 cm. The other symptoms of hypothyroidism also do not match the high TSH results, whereas symptoms of hyperthyroidism such as tachycardia, anxiety, and sleeplessness are seen. I am confused. What should be inferred here, please?
