Could this indicate a more serious health problem? Additionally, my doctor prescribed Atorcor 20 mg daily for 3 months to reduce cholesterol, but I have been taking it irregularly. My cholesterol is around 250 to 270 mg/dL. Should I continue this medication regularly?

How long should a person fast before a blood test?

A person should fast for a minimum of 9 and maximum 12 hours before the test.
