The easiest pill free ways to lower cholesterol and triglycerides naturally are doing free hand exercises and eating foods that do not add to unhealthy cholesterol in the body such as oats, legumes, nuts etc
Dr. Yusuf Suggests...
Take a CALCIUM/CREATININE RATIO - URINE Test or Take a PROTHROMBIN TIME (PT/INR) Test

I recently had my lipid profile done, and my triglycerides are 193 mg/dL, while the normal limit is less than 150 mg/dL. My weight and BMI are normal, but I delivered a baby 8 months ago, consumed a lot of desi ghee, and currently have minimal physical activity. Could you please advise how I can reduce my triglycerides? Do I need medication, or can it be managed with diet and lifestyle changes?
