My urine test report shows ++ sugar, 15 to 20 pus cells, and epithelial cells. The culture report came as contaminants. Is this the proper treatment I am receiving?

In the urine test report, it shows pus cells 25 to 30 per HPF, RBC 4 to 5 per HPF, and epithelial cells 4 to 6 per HPF. What does this mean? Can you please provide your guidance?
