I am 15 weeks pregnant and recently had a urine test which showed 2 to 4 pus cells and 1 to 2 epithelial cells. I would like to know if this indicates an infection and whether I need to take any medication. I have attached my report for your review.

Slight increase may be normal in pregnancy, but if symptoms like burning or urgency exist, infection is possible. Consult doctor before starting any treatment.

I am a 28 year old male. I have had premarital sex with multiple partners. Recently, I have been experiencing discomfort during urination, white discharge in urine, and small Fordyce spots on the foreskin of my penis. I also feel discomfort in the left abdomen and groin area, along with occasional itching on my penis. Over the last two years, I have repeatedly tested for HIV and VDRL, all of which were negative. I also recently tested for HSV 1 and 2, which was negative. Despite these negative results, I remain anxious about having an infection. Other tests show my amylase is 138, HDR 15.65, and I have been diagnosed with prediabetes and thyroid issues. I am feeling very stressed and sleepless due to worry about my health, especially since I am planning to get married next year. Could you please guide me on what steps or tests I should take next and how to manage these symptoms?

Hello Doctor, My daughter is 19 months old. She had a viral fever for 3 to 4 days. Since then, she has puffiness around her eyes for the past 5 to 6 days and is passing less urine. The doctor advised a urine routine microscopy (RM) test, and I am attaching the report. Could you please review it and guide me on the next steps? Is everything okay?
