I am a 23 year old unmarried girl. My height is 5.3 to 5.4, and my weight is 75.8 kg (overweight). My blood report shows Prolactin: 29.12 ng/ml, Hemoglobin: 11.7 gm/dl, Testosterone: 0.29 ng/ml, Fasting plasma glucose: 76.2 mg/dl, Postprandial glucose: 101.6 mg/dl, and my thyroid report is normal. My USG report shows immature follicles in both ovaries. I have attached the USG report and the doctor prescription. Could someone please explain the treatment process for PCOD and the uses of the medicines I have been prescribed?

Your values show PCOD with mild anemia. Prolactin is slightly high, medication likely includes hormonal pills and supplements. Treatment includes weight loss, regular cycles, and ovulation support if needed.

In the last two days, I have been experiencing vaginal itching, which is increasing day by day. I have also gained a significant amount of weight. My thyroid test results are normal.
