I am a 29 year old single female. I have been experiencing stomach pain and diarrhea for several months. I consulted a gastroenterologist, who suggested that stress or IBS might be causing these symptoms. He prescribed Tab Novamcin RT, Cap Imodium, and Tab Revortil. After taking the medicines for a month, my pain and bowel issues improved. However, now I feel a heaviness above my navel. My doctor repeated some tests: TSH: 1.71 CRP: 3.46 mg/L Hemoglobin: 11.3 g/dL ESR: 110 mm/hr PCV/Hematocrit: 35.5 percent RDW(CV): 15.2 The doctor prescribed the same medicines again and added Tab Meganeuron OD, but the heaviness around my navel persists.

Your test reports show mild inflammation (CRP, ESR) and slightly low hemoglobin, which may be linked to stress related IBS. The navel area heaviness could be from abdominal wall strain, gas, or tension. Since your pain and motions improved but heaviness remains, its likely residual from IBS or weak digestion. Try adding probiotics, warm water bottle, and gentle yoga. Also, get an ultrasound and stool test to rule out hernia, infection, or gut issues. Consult gastroenterologist if symptoms persist or worsen.
