I am a 35 year old male with a slim build, but I have a tummy circumference of around 41 inches and a little fat on my face. I am also taking thyroid medication. How can I reduce tummy fat effectively?

Belly fat is common in hypothyroid patients. Focus on strength training, walking, and low carb meals. Recheck your Thyroid Profile to see if dose is working. Avoid crash diets.

View allThis is my routine blood test report, which I take every 3 to 6 months to check my thyroid. Last time, the doctor advised me to take Thyronorm 75 mg tablet, which I completed yesterday. I have now gone for my checkup. I just want to know whether I have to continue the same medicine or not. My reports are attached above.

Hi, recently I got my thyroid test done and found that my TSH is 6.031, T4 is 1.16, and Anti TPO is 81.60. I feel tired and sleepy all day long and am not able to concentrate because of this. I am also finding a lot of difficulty in losing weight, even after dieting and working out in the gym for long hours. I have been taking 50 mg tablet of Thyronorm daily. Kindly advise what I should do. Is my report okay or is there something wrong? What should I do to feel energetic again?

Hi, my wife, aged 34, has not been feeling well for the last few weeks. She delivered a healthy baby in March 2020 by operation. Her symptoms include hyperacidity, low energy, headache, uneasiness, and occasional vertigo. Her blood test report shows: TSH 4.9, SGPT 68.96, SGOT 31.06, GGT 47.33, Hb 13.1, Platelet count 137. My queries are: how can we increase platelets? How can we get SGPT and SGOT to normal? Is there any connection with TSH? Thanks.
