I am a 45 year old lady and I have a very bad ulcer problem, not only in my mouth but also in my stomach. Most of the time, I feel a warm sensation in my mouth and stomach. I have completely avoided spicy food for 4 months, but nothing has improved. Please let me know what I should do and what this problem is exactly called? My test report shows that the scope passed till D2. D1 shows duodenitis, D2 is normal. The stomach shows antral gastritis with a normal body and fundus. The GE junction is at 35 cm with a hiatus hernia. The esophagus shows esophagitis. The impression is antral gastritis and duodenitis with hiatus hernia.

You have acid reflux and ulcers. Requires long term PPI (acid blocker), lifestyle changes. Avoid stress and late meals. Consult a gastroenterologist. H. pylori test, LFT, follow up endoscopy (if needed)

Dr. Dhankecha Suggests...

Take a LFT (Liver Function) Test Test
