I am 77 years old and have a history of type 2 diabetes for the past 32 years, hypertension, and thyroid issues. My creatinine is varying around 1.55, and my conditions are generally controlled with medication, though there are reasonable variations. My blood pressure also fluctuates. However, my pulse rate is always higher than normal, within a range of 90 to 100. I also experience fatigue most of the time. Can you please explain the reason for this, its effects, and possible remedies? Thank you.

Long term diabetes and thyroid issues can raise pulse. Medications or anemia can contribute to high heart rate. Fatigue may come from heart, thyroid, or sugar fluctuations. Dehydration, stress, or low fitness may also affect pulse. Monitoring with routine tests helps track causes. Some tests like CBC, ECG, Thyroid Profile, HbA1C, Electrolytes are essential.

View allI am suffering from erectile dysfunction (ED) and hypothyroidism, for which I am taking Thyronorm 50 mcg. I regularly go to the gym, follow a nutritious diet, and take whey protein (Livo Universal). Recently, I had a blood test, and the results showed TSH 5, globulin 3.8, RA factor active, low vitamin B12 and B9 levels, and high LDL. Please explain what these results mean.

My TSH level in the recent report is 4.86. I would like to know if this means I have hypothyroidism. Also, should I go for a retest to confirm the result?

My wife has been suffering from thyroid problems. I have uploaded her test report. Kindly suggest whether the condition is critical or normal. Thank you.
