Does only Graves disease cause heterogeneous echotexture in thyroid lobes? Both my thyroid lobes are showing heterogeneous echotexture with a cyst in the right lobe of the thyroid.

Heterogeneous thyroid does not mean only Graves disease. It can happen in other common thyroid problems, too, like mild swelling, small nodules, or hormone issues. A small cyst in the thyroid is also quite common and usually not serious. Some simple blood tests can help you understand if your thyroid is working fine.
