I am attaching my blood test report. Please suggest what I can do to bring the values to normal. My belly and chest fat are increasing even though I do not consume fast food or oily foods. Please advise a diet plan and lifestyle changes I should follow?

I recently underwent a lipid profile test, and my results show that my VLDL cholesterol is 67 (normal range is 7 to 40) and triglycerides are 335 (classified as high, with a range of 200 to 499). I would like to understand what these results mean, whether they indicate harmful levels, and what steps I should take to address them. I have attached the report for your detailed review.
