I am attaching my blood test report. Please suggest what I can do to bring the values to normal. My belly and chest fat are increasing even though I do not consume fast food or oily foods. Please advise a diet plan and lifestyle changes I should follow?

Do I need medication to improve my cholesterol levels, or can lifestyle changes suffice?
