I am experiencing difficulty controlling my bladder, with urine leakage occurring before I can reach the bathroom. My PSA test report shows no issues with the prostate, and a urine flow test was done a month ago. Could you please suggest a remedy for this condition?

This may be due to urge incontinence or overactive bladder. Kegel exercises and bladder training can help. Urologist consult is advised.

View allI have been experiencing burning after urination for the past 10 months. The problem is intermittent, sometimes it resolves for a few days and then comes back. Earlier, a culture test showed UTI, and I was treated with antibiotics. Along with burning, I also sometimes have frequent urination. My doctor did a rectal exam and said this is chronic prostatitis. I am currently taking Flotral and will be starting Urispas from today. A KUB ultrasound has also been advised again (the last one, about 7 months ago, only showed mild segmentation). Please suggest what I should do next.

My father blood test showed a creatinine level of 9 and potassium level of 7.56, so the doctor advised immediate dialysis. He has undergone two dialysis sessions so far, one the day before yesterday and one today. The ultrasound report shows that both kidneys are normal in size and there are no stones. However, the urine report indicates elevated RBCs and pus cells. Now, the doctor is recommending a kidney biopsy. I would like to understand what the next steps should be and whether the biopsy is necessary at this stage.

I suffer from frequent urination, so I do not drink much water. Sometimes my lower right back hurts, especially when I bend. However, when I drink plenty of water, the pain slowly goes away. My urine report shows turbid transparency and light yellow color, specific gravity 1.030, WBC 6 to 8/HPF, calcium oxalate crystals (+), and epithelial cells 10 to 12/HPF. Chemical examination is normal. RBC, casts, pH level, and pus cells are normal. Can you please diagnose and give suggestions?
