I am experiencing a red rash outside the vagina along with painful urination. I had a urine test, which was positive for a bacterial infection. I also did a TORCH 8 test, and the result for CMV IgG is reactive at 285?U/mL. Could you please help me understand what exactly I am suffering from?

Painful urination, red rash, and positive urine test indicate urinary tract infection (UTI) or local irritation/infection. CMV IgG reactive means past infection with CMV it is not an active issue now. CMV IgM would be high in recent infection; yours is likely old immunity. UTI can be treated with the right antibiotics. Visit a gynaecologist if rash or pain continues.

View allA few days after having unprotected sex, I started experiencing a burning sensation while urinating. My partner is also having similar issues, including kidney pain and some abnormal values in her blood report, such as a high pH level. Based on these symptoms, I suspect it might be a urinary tract infection for both of us.

Hi, I am having mild on and off pain in my penis and testicles. I am taking Roxscafe 500 antibiotic for infection for the past 3 days and I have been advised to take it for 7 days. Could you please check my urine report and tell me if everything is fine?

My diabetes is currently under control, but I have been advised to consult a nephrologist due to an infection noted in my reports.
