I am experiencing a red rash outside the vagina along with painful urination. I had a urine test, which was positive for a bacterial infection. I also did a TORCH 8 test, and the result for CMV IgG is reactive at 285?U/mL. Could you please help me understand what exactly I am suffering from?

Painful urination, red rash, and positive urine test indicate urinary tract infection (UTI) or local irritation/infection. CMV IgG reactive means past infection with CMV it is not an active issue now. CMV IgM would be high in recent infection; yours is likely old immunity. UTI can be treated with the right antibiotics. Visit a gynaecologist if rash or pain continues.

Hi I am having pain in my stomach for the last few weeks. I took medication but did not recover much. I am still having mild but continuous pain in my lower abdomen and frequent pain in my penis. The pain gets worse if I do not have water for half an hour or more. I have attached my report. Can you please help me to know if there is any case of stone or urine infection and why my pain is not relieved?

Will CT KUB plain detect the cause behind burning urination and pain in the middle shaft of penis and tip of penis? I also have occasional groin discomfort for 1 year. There is no abdominal pain, no fever, no vomiting, and no nausea since 1 year. Sometimes there is burning while ejaculation. I am asking because CT KUB is costly and I am too stressed. I already did urine report 2 times which came normal and consulted urologist 2 times.
