I am experiencing severe hair fall. It first started with itching and hair loss, so I consulted a doctor. She prescribed Allegra, Momate lotion, Scaboma lotion, and a tablet called Bandy Plus. She also advised me to do some tests, including Vitamin B12, Ferritin, Vitamin D, Thyroid, and CBC. My reports came back normal, and while the itching has stopped, the hair fall continues. I am not sure what is causing this. What should I do next? I am attaching my CBC report for your review.

If vitamin and thyroid levels are normal and itching has stopped, persistent hair fall may be telogen effluvium or stress related. A dermatology consult and ferritin test may help.

View allI recently had a complete haemogram done, and the results showed that my haemoglobin, total RBC, total WBC, lymphocytes, POV, platelet count, MCV, and MCH are all highly imbalanced, with some values being either too high or too low. Currently, I am not experiencing any major physical problems except for hair fall. I want to understand why my blood report is showing such imbalances and what steps I should take.

I have been struggling with persistent dandruff, causing itching and hair fall. Despite undergoing treatment for 7 months, there has been no improvement, and I have also started noticing grey hairs. I have my blood reports as well. During the treatment, my doctor prescribed several tablets along with a lotion and shampoo. Currently, I have stopped the tablets but continue using Saliclo lotion and Tarryshine shampoo. I am unsure if I can overcome this problem. I am attaching my latest two prescriptions for your reference. Please advise on what to do next.

I am suffering from alopecia areata. I have patches on my scalp, and now I am seeing patches in my beard and mustache. My hair is getting thinner, and I have too much dandruff in my beard. What should I do? Is hair regrowth possible? I have alopecia areata due to thyroid.
