I am experiencing sharp ache on the left side of my body. I have a cyst in my left ovary measuring 3.5 cm. I am also having constipation, nausea, a feeling of fullness, and vaginal itching. My urine report shows RBC absent, pus cells 4 to 5, epithelial cells 8 to 10, and no yeast detected. Urine has been sent for culture. I am taking medication for UTI. Is this okay?

Pus cells and symptoms suggest UTI. Continue medication as advised and follow up based on urine culture results. Repeat urine test after completing meds.

My urine test report shows pus cells 80 to 100, epithelial cells 25 to 30, and sediment present. I did this test because I experienced pain on the right side below my stomach one night. Since then, I have not had any pain.
