I am feeling weak and dizzy after completing my 9 month TB treatment for lung TB. I recently did a CBC test. Is my report normal? Why am I feeling unwell and dizzy as if I will fall, and my room is spinning?

Post TB fatigue is common. Dizziness may relate to anemia, electrolyte imbalance, or residual weakness. Suggest Serum Electrolytes, Vitamin B12, and Thyroid Panel to assess.
Dr. Rohinipriyanka Suggests...
Take a Electrolytes Test Test or Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test

I have been having mild, constant pain in my arms and legs and tingling in my face and tongue for the past six months. The problem is more pronounced after exercise or even brisk walking. I have developed sensitivity to sound and an odd metallic taste in my mouth. My blood reports, including vitamin B12 and D3, are normal. Only my total cholesterol and LDL are low at 43. Fatigue is constant, and sometimes joint pain also occurs.
