I am G6PD deficient. Today, my urine test report shows pus cells (118) and signs of infection. Can I safely take Ofloxacin 200 mg for this urinary infection, or should I consider an alternative? Please advise.

Ofloxacin is not recommended in G6PD deficiency due to hemolysis risk. Consult doctor for safer antibiotic.

I am taking antibiotics for a urinary infection. I want to know the time gap that should be given between the antibiotic Zocef and Cital syrup. I am taking Zocef after meals, so after how much time should I take Cital syrup? I have attached my urine report. Also, how much should I take 5 ml or 10 ml, and should it be twice or thrice daily?
