I am suffering from stomach ache since 29 May morning and I got mild fever on 29 May evening. Both my fever and stomach ache come and go. The maximum fever recorded till now is 99.6 F. I also had a small episode of loose motion but that is now settled. My blood report is normal. Please guide what could be the reason and if it can be COVID?

COVID is unlikely with low fever and mild stomach ache without other symptoms. Likely viral gastroenteritis or food related issue. If persists, consult with gastroenterologist. Get done CBC, CRP, USG Abdomen, to rule out infection and inflammation.

My blood report shows RBC normocytic normochromic with mild anisopoikilocytosis. WBC shows lymphocytic predominance with mild eosinophilia. Platelets are adequate on the smear. What does it mean? Thank you.

Does a CBC test show any kind of infection or overall health issues? I mainly have symptoms of laziness, and pain in my legs and back. Would a CBC test be useful in my case?
