I am taking diabetic medication, Uprise D3 weekly, and Rejunex CD3 daily for the last 3 days but I am feeling tired and have a little headache. Do I need to start some medication to increase iron and RBC along with the above medication? My blood report shows iron count 55 and RBC count 4.44.

Fatigue can be due to borderline low iron. Iron supplements may help, especially if ferritin is low. Check for B12 deficiency as well. Please do the required serum ferritin and B12 tests.
Dr. Hema Suggests...
Take a Ferritin Test Test or Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test
