I am unable to conceive because ovulation (egg rupture) is not happening. Are HSG test and hormonal tests mandatory in this case? Will these test reports show the reason why I am not able to conceive?

If ovulation is absent, HSG and hormone testing help identify the cause of infertility. These tests can show if tubes are open and hormones are balanced. Please consult a fertility specialist to guide the next steps.
