I feel a sensation of gas formation while sitting, along with slight pain. Could this be due to hemorrhoids or a urinary infection? What tests or scans should I get to find out?

Gas and slight pain may be acidity/piles. If burning urine, think UTI. Drink water, eat fiber, avoid spicy foods. Do Urine Routine, Stool Occult Blood test. If persists, do Abdominal USG. consult a doctor if needed
Dr. Ezhilarasan Suggests...
Take a Urine Routine Test Test

View allI have been dealing with stomach discomfort and indigestion for several months, which started after a course of antibiotics and painkillers in August. Since then, I have been experiencing nausea, indigestion, and smelly gas. A few months ago, a USG of the abdomen showed a gallbladder polyp of 2.8 mm, but I am not sure if my current issues are related to that. I am worried about stomach cancer, and this anxiety is affecting me mentally. I also lose weight easily despite going to the gym regularly for weight training (no cardio). My LFT, urine, stool, and CBC were normal. I was low on Vitamin D, so I am taking supplements weekly. I feel like every day a new problem arises, which increases my anxiety. I am mentally stressed due to my physical health issues. I want to know how to restore my gut health and feel normal again. I feel that these problems started after taking Covaxin, and it has left me very anxious. What should I do?

Hi sir or madam, for the last 3 months, my baby motions are watery, sometimes semi solid, and sometimes semi solid with mucus. It happens daily up to 8 times. I have attached the report in this mail. Please share what kind of problem this could be. The doctor told us to stop breastfeeding. Is this correct? What should I do? My baby is 6 months old.

My wife has been suffering from constant stomach pain for the last 15 to 20 days. We visited a doctor and had a blood test that confirmed typhoid. She has been taking medication prescribed by the doctor for one week. After that, we did another blood test and stool examination as advised, and the doctor said the typhoid is cured, but there is still a stomach infection because there is some blood in the stool. She was given another three day course of medicine, but there has been no improvement. Please suggest what we should do next.
