I got a complete body profile test and found that my hemoglobin and RBC are below average. Please tell me how to increase them. My serum triglycerides and VLDL cholesterol are above average; please tell me how to decrease them. My thyroid is under control because of medications, but if possible, can you tell me how to manage thyroid without medications? I have attached my report. Please give me your advice on how I can keep everything under control? Thank you.

Improve iron intake (leafy greens, supplements), avoid sugar/fried food for lipids. Thyroid control without meds is rare, continue monitoring.

View allSir, I am 23 years old and have been suffering from indigestion for the past one year. I do not have any fever. My blood test results are: Hemoglobin is 10.10, TLC is 19200, Polymorphs is 83, Lymphocytes is 15, Monocytes is 01. The rest, including eosinophils, basophils, RBC count, platelet count, and ESR, are within the reference range. Could you please suggest what this indicates and what I should do?
