I got a complete body profile test and found that my hemoglobin and RBC are below average. Please tell me how to increase them. My serum triglycerides and VLDL cholesterol are above average; please tell me how to decrease them. My thyroid is under control because of medications, but if possible, can you tell me how to manage thyroid without medications? I have attached my report. Please give me your advice on how I can keep everything under control? Thank you.

Sir, I am 23 years old and have been suffering from indigestion for the past one year. I do not have any fever. My blood test results are: Hemoglobin is 10.10, TLC is 19200, Polymorphs is 83, Lymphocytes is 15, Monocytes is 01.
