Since then, I have been having severe hair fall. I consulted a doctor and underwent thyroid and other hormonal tests. I also took medicines for three months but there has been no improvement?

Hair fall post accident and spa could be due to telogen effluvium (stress related). If thyroid and hormone tests were normal, recheck iron and Vitamin D. Hair fall can take months to reverse. Serum Ferritin, Vitamin D and ANA like tests can be considered.

I have been experiencing significant hair loss for the past few months. I took Folli Hair tablets for one and a half months, but they did not help. My blood test results show CBC is normal, iron level is 46 microgram/dL, vitamin D is normal, testosterone is normal, TSH is normal, but my vitamin B12 level is low at 186. I have been experiencing hair fall for the past five months, and the regrowth of hair has comparatively smaller diameter than before. I consulted a dermatologist and have been on medication for the last one month. My test reports show ferritin 64, vitamin D 28, and thyroid 1.7. I have not seen any improvement. Hair thinning continues, and I also have dandruff. The medicines I am using are Phytoral, Dvion 60X, Biotin, Keraglow shampoo, and Keraglow lotion.
