I had annual tests done and am attaching my urine report. I want to know if it is normal. I am having pain in the lower abdomen, so I expected RBCs and casts to be absent, but they are nil. Is this okay?

Nil RBC and casts is normal. Abdominal pain may be from other causes like bladder, uterus, or digestive system. Further clinical evaluation needed.

I consulted a doctor and took medication, and I have recovered, but I am still concerned because I do not understand my report. I have attached a copy of my report.

Hello. I am 28 years old. My urine test report shows PUS cells 6 to 8 per hpf, RBC 3 to 4 per hpf, plenty of epithelial cells, occasional bacteria, trace blood, and specific gravity 1.010. My doctor told me I have a UTI and prescribed URISPAS, ZANOCIN 200, and ALKASOL liquid. Please suggest the procedure to treat my condition and let me know if there is any risk factor if I try to conceive?
