I had a missed miscarriage 3 months ago. I have attached my report. Will I need to take any medicine now as we have already started trying to conceive? My gynecologist says to take medicine for 2 months. Please suggest?

After a miscarriage, it is common to take supplements and hormonal support for a short time. Yes, if your gynecologist advised medicine, it is likely to help support early pregnancy. Continue under their guidance and avoid stress. Ensure thyroid and vitamin D are checked as well before planning.

Take a THYROID PROFILE TOTAL (T3, T4, TSH) Test or Take a 25-HYDROXY VITAMIN D (D2+D3) Test

I recently had a thyroid test, and my results are: TSH: 6 microIU/mL T3: 0.87 ng/mL T4: 5.83 microgram/dL Does this indicate hypothyroidism? Can my TSH, T3, and T4 levels return to normal without taking medication? If so, how many months might it take to achieve this naturally, and what steps should I follow?

I have gained weight in the last 2 months and often feel dull and drowsy. Additionally, my TB test is positive, but my doctor advised not to take TB medication. What should I do now?
