I had a missed miscarriage 3 months ago. I have attached my report. Will I need to take any medicine now as we have already started trying to conceive? My gynecologist says to take medicine for 2 months. Please suggest?

After a miscarriage, it is common to take supplements and hormonal support for a short time. Yes, if your gynecologist advised medicine, it is likely to help support early pregnancy. Continue under their guidance and avoid stress. Ensure thyroid and vitamin D are checked as well before planning.
