I had vomiting and loose motion so my doctor said I have a stomach infection and advised me to get blood and urine reports. I am also having regular back pain and my mouth has a sour taste. I have attached my reports.

These symptoms match a stomach infection, possibly viral or bacterial. Rest, hydration, and following the doctor prescribed treatment will help. Back pain could be due to weakness or dehydration.
