Hi, I recently received my Widal test report and other blood counts. The results are:
S. Typhi O: 1:160
S. Typhi H: 1:80
S. Paratyphi AH: 1:20
S. Paratyphi BH: 1:20
Total WBC Count: 12,200 cells/cu.mm
Platelet Count: 2.71 lakhs/cu.mm
Could you please help me interpret these results? Do they indicate typhoid infection or something else?

My daughter has had typhoid twice. Her first Widal test showed O: 160, H: 80, and the second test showed O: 160, H: 160. The most recent test shows O: 80. Could you please advise if there are any complications for my child and suggest what steps or precautions we should take next?

Hello sir, in my blood test report, Typhi O 1/160 is positive, but I do not have fever. I feel light chest pain and pain below the chest in the middle part, as well as back pain. Sometimes I experience uneasy breathing. I am unable to understand what the exact problem is. Are these typhoid symptoms? I have not had fever even for a single day. Some time ago, I was suffering from loose motions, but now it is normal.

I have attached my Widal test report. The test was done on the sixth day of the fever, which was around 103 degrees F. Please tell me whether it is typhoid or not, as I have received two different opinions from two doctors. I am very confused.

Widal test on day 6 can be unreliable. If TO or TH titres are less than equal 1:160, it may suggest typhoid. A blood culture in the first week is more confirmatory.
