I have been dealing with thyroid problems for the past 2 years. I need an analysis of my recent lab report and guidance on how to manage my condition.

Thyroid conditions require regular monitoring of TSH, T3, and T4. Please consult an endocrinologist with your latest report for dosage or medication adjustments.

Hello I am a 25 year old female. I had my second child over a year ago and I noticed I was gaining more weight while feeling tired with high anxiety. What concerns me is that it has been over a year now and I drink over a gallon of water a day with a very healthy diet along with exercising three to four times a week but I have absolutely no weight loss only weight gain. My energy has diminished and it is now affecting my work. I have brittle hair that is slowly falling out along with body hair growth such as on the chin cheeks and breast. I also noticed my voice is much deeper with a slight rasp and it feels as if my throat is constantly swollen. I am not a smoker. I received blood work where only TSH and testosterone were tested. Based on my previous TSH results there seems to be an increase. Is there a reason to be concerned with my results? My TSH results are 1.740, 1.438, 2.063 and 2.856. Sex hormone binding globulin is 49 nmol per L. Testosterone is 18 ng per dL. Free testosterone is 2.4 pg per mL.

Hi, I did a thyroid test one month back and my TSH was 27.5. The doctor suggested taking 100 mcg tablet and repeating the TSH test after one month. I went for a retest after one month, and now my TSH is 0.6, which is normal. The doctor gave me 87.5 mcg tablet to continue for the next month. She told me that I can plan for a baby now. Should I continue the tablet even though my TSH is normal, and is it safe to plan for a baby now or should I wait for some more time?
