A thick walled gall bladder may suggest chronic inflammation. Avoid fried, oily, spicy foods. Stick to low fat, high fiber meals with hydration. Frequent small meals help. If pain persists, cholecystectomy may be needed.

I am a COVID recovered patient (recovered about one month ago). I recently received my liver function test results, which show that AST/SGOT is 44 and ALT/SGPT is 84, both slightly above the normal range.
