I have been experiencing hair loss for the past few months. Which vitamin deficiencies should I test for? Does a standard blood vitamin profile cover all the important vitamins related to hair health?

Hair loss can occur due to low Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Ferritin (iron stores), and sometimes Zinc deficiency. You can do a Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Serum Ferritin, and Zinc test to check for deficiencies linked to hair loss. A general blood vitamin profile may not cover all these specifically, so it is better to test these targeted vitamins and minerals for hair health.

Take a Vitamin D Test Test or Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test
