I have been experiencing improper digestion for the last one week. I am attaching my report. Please suggest how I can get cured from this problem.

Digestive discomfort for a short time can be due to infections, poor diet, or stress. Probiotics, hydration, dietary fibres, and light meals may help improve symptoms and support smooth gut movement. If symptoms continue, a stool routine and abdominal ultrasound may be advised for further evaluation.

I am a 29 year old single female. I have been experiencing stomach pain and diarrhea for several months. I consulted a gastroenterologist, who suggested that stress or IBS might be causing these symptoms. He prescribed Tab Novamcin RT, Cap Imodium, and Tab Revortil. After taking the medicines for a month, my pain and bowel issues improved. However, now I feel a heaviness above my navel. My doctor repeated some tests: TSH: 1.71 CRP: 3.46 mg/L Hemoglobin: 11.3 g/dL ESR: 110 mm/hr PCV/Hematocrit: 35.5 percent RDW(CV): 15.2 The doctor prescribed the same medicines again and added Tab Meganeuron OD, but the heaviness around my navel persists.

My wife has been suffering from constant stomach pain for the last 15 to 20 days. We visited a doctor and had a blood test that confirmed typhoid. She has been taking medication prescribed by the doctor for one week. After that, we did another blood test and stool examination as advised, and the doctor said the typhoid is cured, but there is still a stomach infection because there is some blood in the stool. She was given another three day course of medicine, but there has been no improvement. Please suggest what we should do next.
