I have been experiencing severe hair fall for the past 2 months. Despite using hair oils and maintaining a good diet, the hair fall continues. I have done various tests, and all results are normal. What could be causing this, and what should I do to stop the hair fall?

Hair fall without any clear cause may be telogen effluvium (stress triggered). Continue vitamins, monitor 2 more months.
Dr. Hema Suggests...
Take a Ferritin Test Test or Take a Vitamin D Test Test

View allI have been experiencing hair fall for the past year, partly due to high stress and a surgery I underwent 2 months ago. I consulted two dermatologists, and both said it is due to nutritional deficiency. They prescribed biotin, folic acid, iron, calcium, and vitamin D tablets, which I am taking regularly. I have a healthy diet including almonds, sprouts, milk, fruits, and peanuts, and I no longer have stress. Despite this, only about a quarter of my hair remains. My engagement is next month. How can I regrow my hair by then, what should I do, and how long does it usually take for hair to fully regrow?
