I have been experiencing severe itching while urinating and need to go to the bathroom very frequently, about every 30 minutes. My urine test report came back normal. Could you please advise why this problem might be occurring?

Despite normal tests, symptoms may be due to urethral irritation, early UTI, or interstitial cystitis. A repeat test with culture is advised. Also consider pelvic ultrasound.

My urine report shows pus cells 20 to 24. Both kidneys show a few tiny calculi with the largest 3 mm on the right side and 2 mm on the left side. No hydronephrosis is seen on either side.
