I have been noticing a strong smell in my urine, latrine, and certain foods, especially fish and chicken for the past 2 months. I do not think this is psychological. I also have chronic digestion issues. I had blood tests a few months ago and kidney function was normal, but SGOT and SGPT levels were elevated. My fasting blood sugar was around 102 mg/dL, and my cholesterol was high at 240 mg/dL. My weight is 63 kg, height 5 ft 7 in, and I am 24 years old.

The smell may relate to digestion/liver issues. Elevated liver enzymes and high cholesterol need dietary changes, possibly liver ultrasound.

Hi, I recently went through a full body blood test. Other tests were fine and values are within the normal range, but my direct bilirubin level is 0.4 (normal range 0.0 to 0.3) and my indirect bilirubin level is 0.9. Hi Sir, my mother liver function test report shows a globulin level of 3.91 g/dl and an A/G ratio of 0.97. She is 59 years old. Is there any problem? Please advise.

Always indigestion, gas is common. I have tested my liver function test. My blood test report is given below. AST (SGOT) is 53 and ALT (SGPT) is 65.
