I have been suffering from jaundice for the last six months. My urine reports are normal. My blood test shows a total bilirubin of 1.61. My doctor has suggested Udiliv 300 tablets twice a day. Is this safe, or is there any other medicine that can help reduce it faster? I have already taken Liv52.

Udiliv (ursodeoxycholic acid) is safe and helps liver recovery. Continue as prescribed. Avoid oily food, alcohol, and monitor LFT monthly.

Hi, I have gone through a few tests. Renal function test values are low: Urea 14 (19 to 43), Blood urea nitrogen 6.5 (9 to 20), Potassium 3.3 (3.5 to 5.1). Liver function test: ALT/SGPT 13 (21 to 72), A/G ratio 1.47 (0.8 to 1.2). Can you advise if there are any issues? Thank you.
