S. Para Typhi AH: 1:160 (Positive)
S. Para Typhi BH: 1:80 (Positive)
Malaria parasite: Not seen
Does this indicate a high, medium, or low likelihood of typhoid? What common medicines are usually prescribed, and are there any food or water precautions I should follow?

Question 3

My 2 year 10 month old child has been having fever for the last 4 days. We did CBC and urine tests, which were normal, and dengue and malaria tests, which were negative. The fever subsided on the 5th day but returned on the 6th day, with the child head and body feeling very hot and temperatures above 101F. After taking Paracetamol 250 mg, the temperature temporarily reduced, but it rises again after about 6 hours.

I have done a test for typhoid. Kindly tell me if it shows typhoid. I am worried about this situation. Please suggest?

Widal test interpretation depends on titre levels and clinical symptoms. If titres are low and no fever, it may not be active typhoid. Confirm with doctor.
