I have gone through a health checkup package and my report shows SGPT (ALT) at 68?U/L and GGT at 41?U/L. Could you please help me understand what could be causing these elevated liver enzymes? I am attaching the report for your reference.

Mildly elevated SGPT and GGT may indicate fatty liver, alcohol use, or medication induced liver stress. Review lifestyle, avoid alcohol/fatty foods. If persistent, imaging and repeat tests needed.

Take a LFT (Liver Function) Test Test or Take a HbA1c Test (Hemoglobin A1c) Test
