I have got my blood report which shows a WBC count of 115,000 with a decreased amount of lymphocytes. I constantly experience fever, cough, breathing problems, and sometimes stomach issues.

Last year she suffered from Hodgkins lymphoma cancer. Eight days ago, her COVID test was positive, but now her health is very good with no symptoms, except occasional coughing?

My 4 year old son recently had a blood test. In the report, his DLC shows lymphocytes within the normal range. However, the ALC is consistently low. I also checked his previous reports, and the pattern is the same. Should I be concerned about this.
