My periods have become regular, coming every 30 or 31 days, but I am having heavy bleeding with large blood clots, feeling very weak, and experiencing pain on the right side. The heavy flow lasts for 4 to 5 days. Please help me understand what I should do about this problem. I am waiting for your reply.

I have got my blood report which shows a WBC count of 115,000 with a decreased amount of lymphocytes. I constantly experience fever, cough, breathing problems, and sometimes stomach issues.
