I have had irregular menstruation for the last two months. I checked with a test kit on 24 oct, and the result was negative. I want to conceive a baby. Please suggest what I should do and whether I need any tests or medicines?

Since you have had irregular periods for the last two months and tested negative for pregnancy, its best to check your hormonal levels and do a pelvic ultrasound to understand the reason behind the cycle changes. Irregular periods can affect ovulation, which may delay conception. Focus on tracking your cycles, staying active, and eating a hormone friendly diet. A doctor can guide further once test results are available.

It is happening for the first time that my periods are delayed for 1 week. Urine and blood pregnancy tests are negative. Recently a doctor prescribed me vitamin C tablets and now my new doctor prescribed me methylprogesterone acetate tablets twice a day for 5 days. I took 3 tablets till now but my periods have not come yet. What could be the reason?

My last period was on February 25, and I still have not gotten my period. I did a beta HCG test on March 25, which was 0.4 (negative), and a urine pregnancy test on April 2, which was also negative. What should I do next?
