During this period, I was also taking Acutret 10 mg for 10 days, and the test was conducted while I was on this medication. Could this tablet have caused any side effects reflected in my report?

I have had a thyroid problem for the last 13 years and take Eltroxin, adjusting the dose according to my test results. I usually take 50 mg, but when my TSH level increased to 100, I increased the dose to 200 mg. Currently, my TSH is 0.025 and T4 is 33. Please advise what I should do.
