I have had a thyroid problem for the last 13 years and take Eltroxin, adjusting the dose according to my test results. I usually take 50 mg, but when my TSH level increased to 100, I increased the dose to 200 mg. Currently, my TSH is 0.025 and T4 is 33. Please advise what I should do.

TSH 0.025 and high T4 suggest overmedication. Your Eltroxin dose may be too high. Reduce dose only under doctor guidance and recheck levels.
