I have high cholesterol and would like guidance on how to control it. I have attached my report for reference. Could you also advise on the possible side effects and long term complications if it is not controlled?

Control with low fat diet, avoid fried foods, increase fiber (fruits, oats), exercise 30 min daily. Long term risks include heart disease and stroke.
