I have missed periods and PCOD which is affecting my chances of pregnancy. My weight is normal and my TSH urine and blood reports are all normal?

PCOD can affect ovulation even if other reports are normal. It is encouraging that your weight and reports are stable. Tracking ovulation and regular monitoring will support your chances. Please try doing home workouts to resolve PCOS.

My wife has PCOS. After treatment with IUI, laparoscopy and hysteroscopy were done. After this, we tried IUI twice but it was not successful. Her reports are normal. The doctor says that after laparoscopy, pregnancy is possible, but it has not happened yet. During her periods, bleeding is very light, only 1 to 3 drops. We do not have enough money for IVF. Please suggest what we can do?
