After undergoing appropriate blood and urine tests, my report shows that my Anti Mullerian Hormone level is high at 12.41. My wife has PCOS. After treatment with IUI, laparoscopy and hysteroscopy were done. After this, we tried IUI twice but it was not successful. Her reports are normal. The doctor says that after laparoscopy, pregnancy is possible, but it has not happened yet. During her periods, bleeding is very light, only 1 to 3 drops. We do not have enough money for IVF. Please suggest what we can do?
