I have never had normal stools, they are always loose. Currently, I am experiencing mild abdominal pain and slight bloating. My stool test came back normal, but the local doctor could not help. What could be the cause, and what should I do?

My mother needs to use the toilet 2 to 3 times a day, and her stools are watery. She was previously taking Vibact and Rifagut 400 under a doctor prescription, which helped, but the problem has recurred.
