I have varicocele grade 1 to 2 and I am facing discomfort in my left testes with a feeling of heaviness will that affect my sexual life and fertility my urine culture report shows E coli infection what are the next steps I should take?

Grade 1 to 2 varicocele is mild but can sometimes affect sperm health or cause discomfort. Since E. coli is present in the urine, it is important to treat the infection with appropriate antibiotics. Hi I am having pain in my stomach for the last few weeks. I took medication but did not recover much. I am still having mild but continuous pain in my lower abdomen and frequent pain in my penis. The pain gets worse if I do not have water for half an hour or more. I have attached my report.
