I have a very low AMH of 0.2 and FSH of 12. My Vitamin D level is also very low. Can AMH improve by taking Vitamin D supplements? I underwent one monitored ovulation cycle, but the follicle did not rupture even after it grew fully. Is there still a chance of natural pregnancy?

AMH 0.2 and FSH 12 indicate low ovarian reserve. Vitamin D can support but wont increase AMH. Natural pregnancy is possible but chances are low. Consult a fertility specialist to explore IUI or IVF. Repeat Vitamin D, FSH, and TVS follicular scan.
Dr. Shaik Suggests...
Take a AMH Test (Anti Mullerian Hormone) Test or Take a FSH Test (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) Test

View allHi, I am a 28 year old female, not pregnant and not sexually active. My normal cycle is 30 to 35 days. In December, my period was delayed and came on the 48th day. In January, it was on time. In February, I took Primolute on my doctor advice, and after stopping the medicine on 9th March, my period came on 12th March. In April, it came slightly early on 6th April, possibly due to the pills. In May, it was again delayed and came on the 48th day. I consulted a doctor who performed investigations: CBC is normal, pelvic USG is normal, thyroid is normal. She prescribed Normoz tablets and Evacare syrup. In June, my period was on time, but in July, it is again late (48th day) and has not come. I am really worried. Could this be due to hyperprolactinemia? I am getting married in 6 months, will I be able to conceive?

Hello doctors, greetings. I am a 38 year old unmarried female. I am planning to marry next year. I am 5.3 in height with a weight of 49 kg. My periods are normal with a cycle of 28 to 32 days and a flow of 4 to 5 days. I am not diabetic, nor do I have any thyroid issues or cysts. My KFT is normal. How difficult could it be for me to conceive after marriage as I am 38 years old? My mom had her menopause at the age of 42. I am really worried. Your input would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

My recent report shows that my right ovary is polycystic with 10 to 12 follicles, while the left ovary is normal. My weight has been steadily increasing over the past 7 to 8 years, although I have regular menstrual cycles. I am now trying to conceive but I am unsure about what steps to take next. Will I be able to conceive naturally, and what should I do moving forward?
