There is pain in my body, joint pain, and severe weakness. The weakness is more after sleeping. My ESR is raised, but all other tests are normal. My urine report is abnormal. All other tests like RA, anti CCP, vitamin D, vitamin B12, sugar, and thyroid are normal except ESR and urine.

I have been experiencing vertigo (chakkar) daily for the past 10 days. I am also undergoing treatment for back pain. My recent blood tests show: Blood pressure: Normal Blood sugar: Normal ESR: 55 mm/hr (elevated) RA factor: 4.8 I do not understand why I am experiencing vertigo continuously.
