I just received my blood report, which shows SGOT/SGPT levels of 42 and 45.36. What do these values mean? I am currently in the 8th month of pregnancy and hoping for a normal delivery. I have also been diagnosed with gestational diabetes and high blood pressure during this pregnancy. Could you please advise if these liver enzyme levels are concerning and what I should do next?

Hello doctor I have been facing digestion issues for the past 2 years. Initially I had grade A esophagitis but now it is cured.
