I need assistance regarding foods and supplements to help recover my vitamin levels, which are very low according to my recent report (screenshot attached). I have also been experiencing severe back pain since August 2019, and it is been almost a year now. I am not sure what to do. Please suggest some advice or guidance.

Vitamin deficiencies can cause fatigue, weakness, and back pain. Based on your attached values, your doctor may recommend oral or injectable supplements. Also include more whole grains, dairy, fruits, and sunlight exposure in your routine. For long standing back pain, get an X ray or MRI to rule out disc issues.
