I recently did a blood test for WBC, hemoglobin, thyroid, and calcium. My results are: WBC count: 10,400 Vitamin B12: 250 Hemoglobin: 15.1 Other values were normal. I showed the report to two doctors, but I still feel confused. Are these reports normal, or is something wrong? Please help

WBC and hemoglobin are normal. B12 at 250 is borderline, you may need supplementation. Include more B12 rich foods or oral supplements.

View allI recently underwent Vamanam, Virechana, and Vasti. Since childhood, I have experienced very poor concentration, difficulty with memory retention (especially verbal), wrinkled and dry skin, continuous gas and bloating. After these three Panchakarma treatments, I felt some improvement, especially in memory retention, though the issue still persists. An allopathy doctor reviewed my blood report and mentioned that I lack certain enzymes and minerals essential for metabolism. He also suggested I may have fatty liver or chronic fatty liver, which could lead to toxins in the blood affecting brain concentration, thinking, and memory. Would undergoing Raktamokshana help me?

My 5 year daughter has premature white hair around 30. Her B12 test report is 890. Doctor prescribed placentrex gel, octomop tablet two times a week and B complex with vitamin C syrup. I am very worried as her B12 is already high. My husband also had premature white hair in school. Kindly suggest. Should I stop medication? Is any other test required? How to stop white hair?

Please suggest the report results. I always have brain fog and back head pain. While walking I feel like I may fall down and sudden movement of the head causes dizziness. Eye movement is also difficult.
